Draft Regulation to Amend Regulation 13-101 Respecting SEDAR

The securities regulators have issued a draft regulation to amend Regulation 13-101, which governs the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR). This amendment introduces a new filing requirement under section 7 of item E, mandating that issuers file offering documents as required by Regulation 45-110 respecting Start-up Crowdfunding Registration. The change applies across all participating Canadian jurisdictions and is intended to ensure proper disclosure for start-up crowdfunding offerings within the SEDAR system.
