Regulation to amend Regulation 13-101 respecting the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR)

The regulator amends Regulation 13-101 by deleting references to the Annual Information Form under the Securities Offerings section of Appendix A. Investment funds are granted a transition period allowing them to comply with the pre-amendment versions of Regulation 13-101 and Regulation 81-101 until September 6, 2022. The regulation generally comes into force on January 6, 2022, with a specific provision for Saskatchewan where it takes effect upon filing with the Registrar of Regulations if filed after that date.
