Decree No. 301/2015 Coll.

301 DECREES of 4 November 2015, amending Decree No. 426/2013 Coll. on the submission of statements by savings and credit cooperatives to the Czech National Bank, as amended by Decree No. 310/2014 Coll. The Czech National Bank, pursuant to Section 41(3) of Act No. 6/1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 227/2013 Coll., has determined:

Article I Decree No. 426/2013 Coll. on the submission of statements by savings and credit cooperatives to the Czech National Bank, as amended by Decree No. 310/2014 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Section 3(2)(a), the words "and on insured deposits" are deleted.

2. In Section 3(3), at the end of letter a), the word "and" is replaced by a comma.

3. In Section 3, at the end of paragraph 3, a period is replaced by a comma, and letters c) and d) are added, which read: "c) within 30 days after the end of the calendar quarter to which it relates, the statement DZ (CNB) 24-04 'Quarterly statement on insured claims from deposits' and d) within 37 days after the end of the calendar quarter to which it relates, the statement FIS (CNB) 90-04 'Performing and non-performing exposures and exposures with concessions'."

4. In Annex No. 1, point 5 reads: "5. DZ (CNB) 26-12 'Monthly statement on selected liabilities for the calculation of PMR' The statement contains data for the calculation of mandatory minimum reserves in aggregate for all currencies, broken down by original maturity of liabilities and by basic sectoral classification of creditors."

5. In Annex No. 1, point 8, the words "on members of governing bodies" are replaced by the words "on persons in senior management", after the words "5% inclusive" the comma is replaced by the word "and", and the words "and on membership of the board of directors of a savings cooperative in other legal entities" are deleted.

6. At the end of Annex No. 1, points 11 and 12 are added, which read: "11. FIS (CNB) 90-04 'Performing and non-performing exposures and exposures with concessions' The statement contains information on performing exposures and non-performing exposures with default and impairment relating to debt securities and loans in sectoral structure and broken down by bands of remaining maturity, and information on accepted collateral for these performing and non-performing exposures. It also contains information on concessions by type that have been granted in respect of debt securities and loans in sectoral structure. For individual types of claims, the cumulative value of impairment and the value of cumulative changes in fair value due to credit risk and reserves are also reported.

7. DZ (CNB) 24-04 'Quarterly statement on insured claims from deposits' The statement contains data on insured and covered claims from deposits at the savings cooperative, broken down by type of creditor."
