The Czech National Bank issued Decree No. 301/2015 Coll. to amend reporting requirements for savings and credit cooperatives under Decree No. 426/2013 Coll. The amendment introduces new quarterly reporting obligations for insured claims and exposures, updates definitions for senior management, and modifies calculation data for minimum reserves. These changes take effect on January 1, 2016.
