Regulation to amend Regulation 51-105 respecting Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets
The Minister of Finance of Quebec approved regulations made by the Autorité des marchés financiers to update various securities rules to align with the new System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+). Specifically, this order amends Regulation 51-105 by replacing references to the legacy SEDAR system with SEDAR+ across sections 5, 7, 8, and Form 51-105F3A. These amendments ensure that issuers quoted in U.S. over-the-counter markets comply with the updated electronic filing requirements effective June 9, 2023.
