Notice - 2nd Extension of the Definitive Deadline for Applying the Resolution Measure to Banco Privado STP
The Central Bank of São Tomé and Príncipe issued this notice to extend the definitive resolution deadline for Banco Privado STP by an additional thirty days, effective May 16, 2018. The Administrative Council appointed Mr. Lindley Rodrigues Monteiro de Jesus as the new Official Administrator for Resolution, replacing the outgoing team to ensure continuity of the ongoing resolution process. During this extension period, all institutional services will operate normally at standard business hours to maintain national financial system stability.
