Draft Regulation to Amend Regulation 45-102 Respecting Resale of Securities
This regulation amends Regulation 45-102 respecting Resale of Securities by deleting the definition of "SEDAR" from section 1.1. It further removes the phrase "on SEDAR" from sections 2.8, 2.11, and 2.12, and eliminates "electronically through SEDAR" from the instructions of Form 45-102F1. These changes update the regulation by removing specific references to the SEDAR system.
