The Australian Securities and Investments Commission issued Regulatory Guide 223 to provide guidance on market integrity rules concerning competition in exchange markets. This document was officially superseded on 4 May 2018 by the introduction of Regulatory Guides 172, 265, and 266. Consequently, the guidance contained in RG 223 is no longer current and has been replaced by the newer regulatory frameworks.
