Order approving the Regulation to amend Regulation 13-101 respecting the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR)
The Minister of Finance approved the Autorité des marchés financiers' Regulation to amend Regulation 13-101 respecting the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR). The amendment modifies Appendix A by replacing the section on exempt market offerings to specify that offering documents and reports for start-up crowdfunding exemptions must be filed in all Canadian provinces and territories. This regulation came into force on September 21, 2021, with a delayed effective date for Saskatchewan if filed after that date.
