The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System issued SR 23-3 / CA 23-4 to mandate the phased implementation of the One Agile Supervision Solution (OASiS) external portal for secure information exchange during supervisory events. This cloud-based platform will replace certain existing secure correspondence channels by consolidating document uploads, access to information requests, and regulatory communications into a single Login.gov-secured environment. The two-to-three year rollout, beginning in the second quarter of 2023, aims to streamline interactions between supervised institutions and regulators while minimizing data loss risks associated with fragmented communication methods.
