Amendment of License - Small Loan Act
The Alabama Supervisor requires prior approval for any amendments to small loan licenses, including changes in location or trade name. Licensees must submit a written request along with the current license to authorize such changes. This regulation is enacted under the authority of the Code of Alabama 1975, Sections 5-18-8 and 5-18-12.
155-2-3-.03 Amendment of License - Small Loan Act
- Any amendment of the license shall require the prior approval of the Supervisor. Authorized amendments, including but not limited to changes in location or trade name, shall be made only upon written request of the licensee and submission of the current license.
