Circular 18: Approval of GASKOR Guaranteed Debentures under the Friendly Societies Act
The Registrar of Friendly Societies has approved the addition of Suid-Afrikaanse Gasdistribusiekorporasie Beperk 13,02% Guaranteed Debentures to the authorized investment list for friendly societies under Section 20(2)(h) of the Friendly Societies Act of 1956. This approval supplements the existing list established in Circular F.S. 3 of October 1977. Friendly societies must ensure their auditors sign the enclosed acknowledgement form and return it to the Office for processing.
