Circular 18: Approval of GASKOR Guaranteed Debentures under the Friendly Societies Act
The Registrar of Friendly Societies has approved the addition of Suid-Afrikaanse Gasdistribusiekorporasie Beperk 13,02% Guaranteed Debentures to the authorized investment list for friendly societies under Section 20(2)(h) of the Friendly Societies Act of 1956. This approval supplements the existing list established in Circular F.S. 3 of October 1977. Friendly societies must ensure their auditors sign the enclosed acknowledgement form and return it to the Office for processing.

APPROVAL IN TERMS OF SECTION 20(2)(h) OF THE FRIENDLY SOCIETIES ACT, 1956
- The following further issue has been approved and should be added to the list in paragraph 2 of circular F.S. 3 of 20 October 1977 :
Suid-Afrikaanse Gasdistribusiekorporasie Beperk (GASKOR) 13,02% Guaranteed Debentures, 1 April 1996 ( Loan No.7)
- A copy of this circular is enclosed for your auditor. Kindly have the attached acknowledgement form signed by him also before returning it to this Office.
