Deposit Takers (Propertyfinance Securities Limited) Exemption Notice 2014
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand issued this notice to exempt Propertyfinance Securities Limited from credit rating, governance, capital ratio, and liquidity requirements under the Non-bank Deposit Takers Act 2013. The exemptions are conditional on the entity remaining in moratorium, prohibiting public debt security subscriptions, and maintaining specific governance and disclosure standards. This notice replaces the 2013 exemption and remains in force from August 1, 2014, until July 31, 2016.
