Bulletin 2007-4: Withdrawal of Insurance Division Bulletins INS 97-6 and INS 2001-2

The Oregon Insurance Division issued Bulletin 2007-4 to formally withdraw previous directives INS 97-6 and INS 2001-2. These withdrawn documents previously addressed the elimination of premium tax on life insurance and annuities, as well as the application of NAIC manuals. The withdrawal takes effect immediately and is signed by Insurance Administrator Joel Ario.
