CVM Resolution 175
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) issued Resolution 175 to regulate the establishment, operation, and information disclosure of investment funds, as well as the provision of services to them. This consolidated text revokes previous specific norms and incorporates amendments from subsequent resolutions including 181/23 through 240/26. The regulation underwent public consultations and was officially published in the Official Gazette on December 28, 2022, with a subsequent correction noted in March 2023.
