The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Board Resolution No. 46 A to officially register the Rules RL 1-001, titled General Terms and Conditions for Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance. This action fulfills a request submitted by the Armenian Motor Vehicle Insurers’ Bureau, a Nongovernmental Organization, following review by the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution mandates the registration of these rules as approved in prior Board Decisions and enters into force immediately upon adoption.
