Registering the Rules RL 1-001 “General Terms & Conditions for C MTPLI ” of the Armenian Motor Vehicle Insurers’ Bureau , a Nongovernmental Organization

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 43 (5) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Compulsory Insurance Against Civil Liability in Respect of the Use of Motor Vehicles”; Whereas in formal letters, along with relevant documents/deliverables, dated December 27, 2024, February 11, 2025, and February 13, 2025, and in another formal letter, dated February 25, 2025, the Armenian Motor Vehicle Insurers’ Bureau, a Nongovernmental Organization, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, with a request to register the Rules (RL 1-001 “General Terms & Conditions for CMTPLI”) of the Armenian Motor Vehicle Insurers’ Bureau, a Nongovernmental Organization; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 13, dated March 19, 2025); the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Register the Rules RL 1-001 “General Terms & Conditions for CMTPLI” as approved under the Board Decisions (No. 2-L, dated January 30, 2025, and No. 9-L, dated February 18, 2025) of the Armenian Motor Vehicle Insurers’ Bureau, a Nongovernmental Organization.

This resolution to enter into force upon its adoption.
