The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control published General License 10 under the Belarus Sanctions Regulations to authorize the wind down of transactions involving Tabak Invest LLC through February 2, 2024. The Office also published five general licenses under the Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions Regulations to authorize specific transactions involving energy-related entities and other blocked persons through April 30, 2025. These licenses were previously issued and made available on OFAC's website but are now formally published in the Federal Register.
