Order Approving COSOB Regulation No. 25-03 on the Organization of Administrative and Technical Services
The Algerian Minister of Finance issued an order on July 2, 2025, formally approving Regulation No. 25-03 adopted by the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission (COSOB) on March 26, 2025. This regulation defines the internal structure of COSOB, establishing four main categories of services: the General Secretariat, the Cabinet, operational directorates, and support directorates. It further stipulates that the General Secretary coordinates services under the President's authority, while the President retains powers regarding personnel classification, delegation of signature, and the abrogation of the previous 2000 regulation.
