34 OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE ALGERIAN REPUBLIC No. 45 19 Moharram 1447 15 July 2025 MINISTRY OF FINANCES Order of 6 Moharram 1447 corresponding to 2 July 2025 approving the regulation of the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission (COSOB) No. 25-03 of 26 Ramadhan 1446 corresponding to 26 March 2025 on the organization of the administrative and technical services of the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission. ———— The Minister of Finance, Having seen Legislative Decree No. 93-10 of 23 May 1993, amended and supplemented, relating to the securities exchange; Having seen Executive Decree No. 94-175 of 3 Moharram 1415 corresponding to 13 June 1994 implementing Articles 21, 22 and 29 of Legislative Decree No. 93-10 of 23 May 1993, amended and supplemented, relating to the securities exchange; Having seen Presidential Decree No. 24-374 of 16 Joumada El Oula 1446 corresponding to 18 November 2024, amended, appointing the members of the Government; Orders: Article 1. — The regulation of the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission (COSOB) No. 25-03 of 26 Ramadhan 1446 corresponding to 26 March 2025 on the organization of the administrative and technical services of the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission, attached to this order, is hereby approved. Art. 2. — This order shall be published in the Official Journal of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Done in Algiers, on 6 Moharram 1447 corresponding to 2 July 2025. The President of the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission, Having seen Legislative Decree No. 93-10 of 23 May 1993, amended and supplemented, relating to the securities exchange; Having seen Executive Decree No. 94-175 of 3 Moharram 1415 corresponding to 13 June 1994 implementing Articles 21, 22 and 29 of Legislative Decree No. 93-10 of 23 May 1993, amended and supplemented, relating to the securities exchange; Having seen the Presidential Decree of 5 Chaâbane 1444 corresponding to 26 February 2023 appointing the President of the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission; Having seen the Order of 29 Ramadhan 1443 corresponding to 30 April 2022, amended, appointing the members of the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission; Having seen Regulation No. 2000-03 of 29 Joumada Ethania 1421 corresponding to 28 September 2000 on the organization and functioning of the administrative and technical services of the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission; After adoption by the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission on 26 Ramadhan 1446 corresponding to 26 March 2025; Enacts the regulation whose text follows: Article 1. — In application of the provisions of Article 29 of Legislative Decree No. 93-10 of 23 May 1993, amended and supplemented, cited above, this regulation aims to define the organization of the administrative and technical services of the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission hereinafter referred to as the "Commission". Art. 2. — The Commission's services are composed as follows:

1. The General Secretariat: to which are attached: — the communication and public relations unit; — two (2) research directors.
2. The Cabinet: to which are attached: — advisors; — the head of the information systems security unit.
3. Operational structures: — the Market Participants Directorate; — the Issuers Directorate; — the Asset Management Directorate; — the Market Development and International Relations Directorate; — the Compliance, Prevention and Fight Against Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Directorate. ORDERS, DECISIONS AND NOTICES

Support structures: — the Regulation and Legal Affairs Directorate; — the Information Systems and Information and Communication Technologies Directorate; — the Administration and Finance Directorate. Art. 3. — The animation and coordination of the Commission's services are ensured, under the authority of the Commission President, by the General Secretary. Art. 4. — The management of the Commission's directorates is entrusted to directors assisted in their missions by deputy directors and mission officers. Art. 5. — The missions and attributions of the Commission's services are fixed by decision of the Commission President. Art. 6. — The Commission President may delegate, under his responsibility, his signature. Art. 7. — The remuneration and classification of the Commission's personnel are fixed by decision of the President, after adoption by the members of the Commission. Art. 8. — The provisions of Regulation No. 2000-03 of 29 Joumada Ethania 1421 corresponding to 28 September 2000 on the organization and functioning of the administrative and technical services of the Capital Market Supervision and Organization Commission are hereby repealed.
