Regulation to amend Regulation 44-103 respecting Post-Receipt Pricing
The Minister of Finance of Québec approved the Regulation to amend Regulation 44-103 respecting Post-Receipt Pricing, which establishes new rules for accessing supplemented PREP prospectuses.
