Regarding the Extension of the Financial Statement Submission Period for Companies Listed on the Egyptian Exchange and Companies Subject to the Supervision and Oversight of the Authority

Having reviewed Law No. (10) of 2009 concerning the regulation of supervision over non-banking financial markets and instruments; and on Presidential Decree No. (192) of 2009 issuing the Basic Statute of the Financial Regulatory Authority; and on Decision of the Board of Directors of the Authority No. (11) of 2014 concerning the rules for listing and delisting securities on the Egyptian Exchange; and upon the approval of the Board of Directors of the Authority dated 17/3/2020;

(Article One)

The submission period for financial statements for companies listed on the Egyptian Exchange and companies subject to the supervision and oversight of the Authority for the financial period ending on 31 December 2019 is extended to 30 April 2020, and for the financial period ending on 31 March 2020 is extended to 15 June 2020.

(Article Two)

This Decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette and on the websites of both the Authority and the Egyptian Exchange, and shall take effect from the day following its issuance date.
