FRA Board Decision No. 42 of 2020 Extending Financial Statement Submission Deadlines for Listed and Supervised Companies
The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) of Egypt issued Board Decision No. 42 of 2020 to extend statutory financial statement submission deadlines for companies listed on the Egyptian Exchange and those under its supervision. The extension moves the filing deadline for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019, to April 30, 2020, and for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020, to June 15, 2020. The decision takes effect the day after its publication in the Egyptian Gazette and on the official websites of the FRA and the Egyptian Exchange.
