Amendments to Policy Statement 11-207 respecting Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions
Canadian securities regulators amended Policy Statement 11-207 to align filing requirements with the phased implementation of the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+). The updates replace references to the legacy SEDAR system with SEDAR+ and mandate electronic transmission of documents to regulators outside of Québec.
