Provision and Delivery of Information for Marketing of Financial Products and Services

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued Regulation No. 37/PADK.08/2025 to establish comprehensive and standardized guidelines for the provision and marketing delivery of information regarding financial products and services. This regulation mandates that Financial Service Providers (PUJK) ensure accurate information provision, manage third-party cooperation in marketing, and properly document informational materials. Entities are required to adjust their information summaries and advertisements within six months, or twelve months for private pawnshop companies, following the regulation's effective date.
