CVM Instruction 480 (Repealed) - Registration of Issuers of Securities Admitted to Trading on Regulated Markets
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) issued Instruction 480 to establish the registration requirements for issuers of securities admitted to trading on regulated markets. This regulation was subsequently repealed by CVM Resolution 80/22, which also revoked numerous prior instructions and resolutions that had previously amended or superseded its provisions. The document serves as a historical record of the regulatory framework governing issuer registration prior to its replacement by the current resolution.
