Decision of the Board of Directors of the Authority No. (136) for the Year 2021 dated 2021/9/12 Regarding the Extension of the Founding Committee's Deadline for the Egyptian Securities Union

Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority

Having reviewed the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. (95) of 1992 and its executive regulations; and the Law No. (10) of 2009 regulating supervision over non-banking financial markets and instruments; and the Presidential Decision No. (192) of 2009 issuing the Statute of the Financial Regulatory Authority; and the Authority's Board Decision No. (20) of 2019 regarding the Statute of the Egyptian Securities Union, amended by Board Decision No. (122) of 2019 and Board Decisions Nos. (43) and (147) of 2020, and Board Decision No. (29) of 2021; and the Authority's Board approval dated 2021/9/12;

DECIDED

(Article One) The deadline granted to the Founding Committee referred to in Article (44) of the Statute of the Egyptian Securities Union, to convene the first General Assembly of the Union, is extended for another six months effective from 2021/9/18.

(Article Two) This Decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority's electronic website.
