Regulation to Amend Regulation 43-101 Respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects
The regulator amends Regulation 43-101 to update the definition of initial deposit period by referencing Regulation 62-104 in its expanded form covering Take-Over Bids, Issuer Bids, and the Early Warning System. This technical correction ensures that the disclosure standards for mineral projects align with the current regulatory framework for bid-related regimes. The amendment is scheduled to come into force on a specified date, with a specific provision for Saskatchewan regarding the filing date with the Registrar of Regulations.
