Decision on the Unique Blank Form Bill
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision on 28 December 2005 to regulate the standardized form of bills in the Republic of Montenegro. The regulation specifies precise physical dimensions, printing requirements, and security features such as filigree protection and hologram foils for the unique blank form bill. This decision repeals the previous regulation on the same subject and entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
