The Office of Foreign Assets Control added ten individuals and ten entities to its Specially Designated Nationals List for facilitating Iran's military procurement networks. These designations target actors involved in supplying weapons and unmanned aerial vehicle components, with most subjects subject to secondary sanctions under the Non-Proliferation and Iran-related sanctions programs. The update also amended existing entries for the Center for Innovation and Technology Cooperation, Chang Guang Satellite Technology, and the Ministry of Defense Logistics Export to reflect new aliases and additional sanctions authorities.
