The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 81 A on May 20, 2025, granting a foreign exchange trades license to the Branch No. 7 of Voske AGA Limited Liability Company. This authorization permits the licensee to conduct relevant activities at two specified addresses in Yerevan, following multiple applications submitted between March and May 2025. The resolution enters into force the day following proper notification to the company, pursuant to relevant laws and regulations governing foreign currency operations.
