Granting an Activity License to “Voske AGA”, a Limited Liability Company (License No. 829), for the Branch of the Exchange Office
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 9 of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007; Whereas on March 18, 2025, April 1, 2025, April 8, 2025, April 29, 2025, and May 5, 2025 “Voske AGA”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to get an activity license for a branch of the exchange office; n view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 22, dated May 14, 2025); the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Grant a foreign exchange trades license to the Branch No. 7 of “Voske AGA” Limited Liability Company (license No. 829) to carry out relevant activities at the addresses: Building 2, Shop #103, Vilnius Str., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, and 37 Building, 105 Vilnius Str., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
This resolution to enter into force on the day following the proper notification to “Voske AGA” Limited Liability Company.
