COBAC Instruction I-2016/02 Defining Presentation Models for Required Documents under Regulation R-2016/02
The Commission Bancaire de l’Afrique Centrale (COBAC) issued Instruction I-2016/02 to standardize the presentation models for mandatory documents required under Regulation R-2016/02 governing changes in the status of credit institutions. The instruction mandates that all submitted documents strictly adhere to prescribed templates, rendering non-conforming submissions inadmissible, and supersedes prior contradictory provisions effective from its September 16, 2016 signature date.
