Instruction (Historical) No. 7/2022

The Bank of Portugal issued Instruction No. 7/2022 to regulate the reporting obligations of credit institutions regarding exposures subject to measures implemented in response to the COVID-19 crisis. This directive operationalizes the reporting requirements set forth in the European Banking Authority's guidelines (EBA/GL/2020/07) to ensure consistent supervisory data collection.
