The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 119-N to suspend regular contribution fee payments to the Guarantee Fund for the second, third, and fourth quarters of 2025. This measure aims to enhance the financial stability of the MTPL System through increased savings while ensuring the effective fulfillment of the Fund's responsibilities. The first payment after the suspension is scheduled to occur within ten business days following the first quarter of 2026, with the resolution entering into force ten days after its official publication.
