Draft Regulation to Amend Regulation 13-102 Respecting System Fees for SEDAR and NRD
The Canadian Securities Administrators issued this draft regulation to amend Regulation 13-102 regarding system fees for SEDAR and NRD filings. The amendment modifies Appendix B to set a combined filing fee of $585.00 for investment fund issuers using a single simplified prospectus to qualify securities of multiple funds for distribution.
