The Autorité des marchés financiers requires all authorized Quebec property and casualty insurers to electronically file signed interim returns, compliance attestations, and supporting documents for the six months ending April 30, 2021. Filers must submit these documents via AMF E-Services within 45 days of the semester end, ensuring the electronic versions match the physical records retained at their premises. Failure to submit complete and timely filings or provide access upon request may result in monetary administrative penalties under the Insurers Act.
