Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Renewal: Comment Request: Renewal Without Change of Reports of Transactions with Foreign Financial Agencies
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network seeks public comments on the proposed renewal without change of information collection requirements under 31 CFR 1010.360, which authorize the Treasury Secretary to mandate reports of transactions with designated foreign financial agencies. This notice, issued pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, covers an estimated 46,158 domestic financial institutions including banks, money services businesses, and broker-dealers. Written comments regarding the reporting burden must be received by July 22, 2025, via Regulations.gov or mail.
