If the bulletin is updated, the division will include any dates necessary for compliance with the emergency order. Communication about any updates will be provided through GovDelivery and posted to the division’s wildfire page. Insurers are encouraged to provide relief to policyholders who attest to being affected by the fires even if they do not reside in ZIP codes on the Affected Areas list.
