Draft Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 41-101 Respecting General Prospectus Requirements
Canadian securities regulators amended Policy Statement to Regulation 41-101 to align with the phased implementation of the [Renewed System]. The changes mandate that documents be transmitted electronically through the [Renewed System] in accordance with Regulation 13-103 respecting System Replacement. Additionally, all references to the legacy System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) were replaced with the term [Renewed System] throughout the policy statement.
