Renewal Application Requirements Under the Alabama Consumer Credit Act

The Supervisor under the Alabama Consumer Credit Act requires license holders to submit renewal applications using a prescribed form that includes all mandated information, statements, and representations. 155-2-2-.02 Renewal Application - Alabama Consumer Credit Act

  1. Application for renewal of license shall be submitted in the form prescribed by the Supervisor and shall include such information, statements and representations as may otherwise be required by the Supervisor.
