Order approving the Regulation to amend Regulation 45-108 respecting Crowdfunding
The Minister of Finance approved the Autorité des marchés financiers' Regulation to amend Regulation 45-108 respecting Crowdfunding without amendment. The amendment modifies Form 45-108F1 to require issuers disclosing Non-GAAP financial measures in crowdfunding offering documents to comply with Regulation 52-112. This regulation came into force on August 25, 2021.
