The Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) will hold tomorrow, Tuesday (June 9), starting at 3:00 PM, a judgment session for Administrative Sanctioning Process (PAS) 19957.003612/2020-35, instituted to investigate potential responsibility of Fernando Passos and José Carlos Cardoso for the disclosure of information by IRB - BRASIL RESSEGUROS S.A. and its administrators.

The judgment of the process began on 12/29/2025, but the session was suspended after a request for review was made by the Deputy Director at the time, the Superintendent of Strategic Risk Supervision, Luís Felipe Lobianco.

The session is open to the public and will take place in person, in the auditorium of the CVM headquarters (Rua Sete de Setembro, 111/34th floor, Center – Rio de Janeiro). It will also be possible to follow the session via videoconference from this link .

If none of the accused or their respective attorneys constituted in the records express the intention to participate in the session, it will be held in a restricted manner through voting in an electronic system.
