Regulations amending Finansinspektionen’s regulations regarding investment services and activities (FFFS 2022:26)
Finansinspektionen issued regulations amending its rules on investment services and activities to implement provisions for the Pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP). The amendment inserts a new section into Chapter 1 of the regulations, establishing that PEPP providers and distributors must comply with additional requirements set out in FFFS 2022:20. These regulations entered into force on 1 January 2023.
