The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 115 A to modify the Credit Organization Activity License No. 46 held by Micro Capital Armenia. This regulatory action formally updates the licensee's name to MK CREDIT Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company following a change in the company's legal identity. The resolution entered into force on the day it was signed by Governor Martin Galstyan.
