Modifying the Credit Organization Activity License No. 46 Granted to “ Micro Capital Armenia ”

Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint

Stock Company

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 166 (4) and Paragraph 171 of the Central Bank Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008;

In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 31, dated July 9, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of requests, dated June 16, 2025 and July 4, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Micro Capital Armenia” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Modify the Credit Organization Activity License No. 46 granted to “Micro Capital Armenia” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, in connection with the change of company name (the new company name reading: “MK CREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company).

This resolution to enter into force on the day it is signed.
