Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 52-108 respecting Auditor Oversight

The securities regulators amended the Policy Statement to Regulation 52-108 to mandate the electronic transmission of documents via SEDAR+. This requirement applies to all documents filed with or delivered to regulators in jurisdictions other than Québec, encompassing reports, forms, and notices. The amendment directs stakeholders to consult Regulation 13-103 to understand the phased implementation and specific exclusions associated with the SEDAR+ system.
