Regulation to Amend Regulation 11-102 Respecting the Passport System
The securities regulators have amended Regulation 11-102 (Passport System) to replace all references to the SEDAR filing system with a new "[Renewed System]" definition linked to Regulation 13-103. This update deletes the original SEDAR definition, revises filing requirements in sections 3.3 and Appendix D, and repeals superseded provisions in sections 3.5 and 4.8 to support the ongoing system transition. The revised framework takes effect on the designated coming-into-force date, ensuring uninterrupted compliance for reporting issuers and market participants.
