AMENDMENTS TO POLICY STATEMENT TO REGULATION 11-102 RESPECTING PASSPORT SYSTEM

  1. Section 1.1 of Policy Statement to Regulation 11-102 respecting Passport System is amended by striking out the definition of the expression “Regulation 11-101”.
  2. Section 1.3 of the Policy Statement is amended by striking out, in paragraph (3), “through SEDAR”.
  3. Section 3.3 of the Policy Statement is amended: (1) by replacing “SEDAR”, in the second paragraph, by “SEDAR+”; (2) by replacing “by sending a refusal letter through SEDAR”, in the fourth paragraph, by “through SEDAR+”.
  4. Sections 3.5, 4.5 and 4C.5 of the Policy Statement are repealed.
  5. Appendix A of the Policy Statement is repealed.
